Brainy recalled an ancient cartoon where a bold man went out hunting rabbits. For some reason the man felt the need to announce it to the audience and then laugh about it every episode; it was something Bouncing Boy referred to as a catch phrase.

Quite frankly it was annoying but at this moment Brainy felt the need to paraphrase it; he wanted to go hunting bats. No laugh to follow though, he didn't feel the need to be strange and creepy about the whole thing.

Then again what wasn't creepy about stalking your obsession to another time period, then to another city of another hero and watching then from a roof top while they had take out coffee on a lower rooftop and he listened in and watched with his equipment? How did either of them get the coffee in their hero costumes anyway?

While in his thoughts Brainy missed something that Batman said but became focused again when Superman smiled in a wistful sort of way.

"Actually you remind me a lot of people I used to know," Superman moved the coffee towards his lips but didn't take a drink. "One was a childhood friend who doesn't even remember me but has become my," he suggests to his emblem, "enemy while the other helped me who I am. I really miss spending time with him."

"Then why don't you follow him around rather then me?" Batman half growled, having no idea what Brainy would do to switch places with him.

"It's rather hard for me to follow him but once he's done following me around I'm hoping we can figure something out."

When Brainy realized Superman was smiling right at him, he wondered if Superman could see him blush.
